We strongly believe that our main asset is human capital. It’s a challenging and important task to prepare people who would have the best education and who can work anywhere in the world. We are very happy to work at an institution which has a vision and strategy for the bright and the long-term future of this country. The energy sector is a key sector of the Kazakh economy. Our Faculty is contributing in the development of this sector not only in Kazakhstan; we also cater to needs of the global energy industry.
We are optimizing our curriculum, so our students may have the knowledge that is relevant to the industry. The KBTU has an excellent Business School and well known Faculty of Information Technology, our students also take courses at those schools to have broader understanding and more tools in their toolbox.

We actively invite industry experts who advise us on our curriculum and programs. They also give lectures and share their field experience and case studies with our students.
We actively work with energy companies, sustained interaction and collaboration with energy companies helps in finding excellent internship and career opportunities for our students.
