Admissions
The Common Application is required for students applying to any of SSBM Geneva’s programs.
You will have to fulfil the minimum requirements as follows:
Bachelor Programs
- Successful completion of the Swiss Baccalaureate / High School Diploma / International Baccalaureate or equivalent*
- Swiss commercial vocational baccalaureate or Vocational Educational Training (VET) equivalent qualification
- English requirements: English Proficiency test for non-native speakers is required (TOEFL IBT 90, IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).
- If a candidate is not from a majority English-speaking country, then evidence of English language competency is required.

Master Programs
- Undergraduate degree (Bachelor) from a recognised university or equivalent

- TOEFL, IELTS or Cambridge
- Intensive English Program certificate
- Previous education in English-speaking or Bilingual school with an official certificate
- Test/Interview with SSBM member staff (75 EUR cost which will be deducted from tuition fees upon enrollment)
MBA Programs
- Undergraduate degree (Bachelor) from a recognised university or equivalent*
- Grade transcripts
- Your CV or resume

- English Proficiency for non-native speakers
- A Master’s degree in management (or associated discipline) with a minimum of 2 years professional work experience (for Executive MBA)*
Visa Requirements
Non-European Union Citizens
Students who are coming to Switzerland from non-EU countries are required to apply for a visa prior to their arrival to Switzerland. SSBM will help you with the process.
SSBM will provide you with all necessary documents that you will need to complete and take to the Swiss embassy in your country.
Non-European Union Citizens are required to have the following requirements:
- Passport
- Certificate of Enrollment at SSBM Geneva
- Bank Certificate (stating a minimum amount of CHF 30,000.00 in a bank account)
- CV
- Letter of Motivation
- Address of Accommodation in Switzerland
- Two Passport Size Photos
- Copy of Diploma
- Copy of Transcript of Records
- Acceptance Letter (provided by SSBM)
- Admission Letter (provided by SSBM)
- Return Statement (stating your departure from Switzerland after your studies are completed)
- Completed D Form
