With the advent of time, the field of Human Resource Management has changed dramatically. While the prime focus of HR professionals remains the “human” aspects of running an organization, their dependence and reliance on emerging technology and data cannot be denied. While data mining wasn’t utilized to a great extent a decade ago, however, data analytics in HR operations has surfaced as an unavoidable need. The prevalence and emergence of this data and the evident impact it brings over HR processes has paved a way for a new discipline; Human Resources Analytics. In this program, students will explore what all forms the structure of HR analytics and understand the crucial role of data analysis on major HR operations.

This cycle is reserved for students of BAC + 4 and BAC + 5 level who wish to validate a double competence. A resolutely operational program which allows students to master, depending on the chosen specialty, an expertise in Human Resources or Business Creation. This program is resolutely operational with scenarios, business cases, sales challenges, and business creation simulations. The courses are led by professionals and business experts. At the end, this cycle is accompanied in parallel by professional experience in a company. At the end of this course, students carry out a consultancy project with a partner company.
